PM 2025: Samkelo Blom Advances the Future of HR Leadership

Nomatu Consulting is proud to have been represented at the 69th Annual IPM Convention & Exhibition, held from 16–18 November 2025, where leaders from across the country gathered to shape the future of work under the theme Future Forward HR.

Samkelo Blom, CEO of Nomatu Consulting, played a key role in the program as a featured speaker during the Breakaway Sessions on Tuesday, 18 November 2025. He contributed by speaking on Effective Leadership in an AI Era - a keynote-style session that explored how HR and organisational leaders can navigate the intersection of technology, people, and transformation.

In this session, Samkelo joined thought leaders such as Dr Sane Ngidi and Phokeng Mokgasi to unpack how organisations can embrace AI-powered tools while maintaining the deeply human elements of leadership that build trust, inclusion, and culture. His contribution highlighted Nomatu’s ongoing commitment to people-centred innovation, inclusive leadership, and future-fit organisational design.
